We want to make supported living better in Sefton. We are working with people who have used these services, and carers to create good homes with support for older and young adults with disabilities.
Improving Care with Our Survey
Our goal is to improve care, support, wellbeing, and independence.
This is why we have created a new survey, for people who are using Supported Living services now, their families and carers.
We are asking people to fill out the survey about their experience of Supported Living from now until Sunday 28th September 2025.
