The partnership meets quarterly and has undertaken an assessment of local needs to inform the development and implementation of a local delivery plan. In accordance with national guidance, a cycle of review and performance dashboard have been agreed upon.

CDPs track the delivery of the national drugs plan, locally setting plans and targets demonstrating where investment has gone and how it is making a difference to communities and individuals.
The meetings will have a standard agenda and will be virtual (Teams).
Face-to-face meetings will be held approximately once a year.
