Please note:
• To access grants for boiler repairs and replacements we will prioritise vulnerable (low income and/or health conditions made worse by the cold) residents who have been living in the property for at least 12 months. The property must be more than 10 years old.
• We will require proof of income and need to see financial information from all accounts you have, including savings, ISAs and any other investments you hold, and including additional properties and holiday lets.
• Please be aware that providing incorrect or misleading financial information as part of your grant application may lead to delays, rejection of the application, or future withdrawal of any award. We rely on accurate and truthful documentation to assess eligibility, so it’s important that all financial proof submitted is complete, correct, and up to date. We also have the obligation to Department for Work and Pensions (DFE) to report any fraudulent activity.
