This is a collection service for residential customers on weekly sack collections only. These residents may have up to 4 garden waste bags collected free of charge. Managed properties, such as nursing homes or youth hostels are not included in this service
We ask you to ensure that bags are tied and are not too heavy. Please note the bags are not returnable.
To arrange a collection, use the My Services Portal or register there if you've not done so already.
Please note that you can only cancel or amend your booking at least 2 clear working days before the collection date.
