Direct Payments Explained
A Direct Payment is money given to you so you can arrange your own care services. This lets you choose the services that best meet your needs as outlined in your Support Plan. You can use this money to buy care from an agency or directly employ your own staff.
Purpose of Direct Payments

- To give you more control over your life and care decisions.
