The A59 Corridor Improvement Scheme has been allocated Circa £5 mil, consisting of funding from:
- The Liverpool City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement I (CRSTS I).
- The Liverpool City Region Key Route Network funding.
- Active Travel England funding (ATE).
- Local developer contributions (known as Section 106 Agreements).
