Before you arrange your bulky item collection, please see the item lists below for details of the items we do or do not take.
- We can only collect a maximum of 3 items per visit. Please note that large items are counted as multiple items e.g. a 3 seat sofa counts as 3 items
- Please note that where an item has been broken into pieces and it has not been securely bundled together, bagged or boxed it will be classed as a number of items e.g. fitted wardrobes. Please list each item separately
- Upholstered furniture, cushions, mattresses, beds or similar must be kept dry
- There is a £25.00 charge for this service.
- Single Bed collection is classed as (headboard divan and mattress) 3 items
- Double bed collection is classed as (headboard divan and mattress) 6 items
- King size bed collection is classed as (headboard divan and mattress) 9 items
We take any of the following items:
- Gates (Metal 4ft or less)
- Radiators
- Garden waste (if you do not have a green wheelie bin)
- 1 bag of toys
- 1 bag of household items
- 1 bag of carpet or underlay
- Carpets - no more than 6ft in length
- Beds (1 item each for Mattress, base and headboard – together counts as 3 items)
- Cupboards
- Sofas (each seat counts as 1 item i.e. a 3 seat sofa is 3 items, a 2 seat sofa is 2 items)
- Tables
- Chairs
- Wardrobes
- Interior doors without glass or if the glass is taped up and secure
- Fridges & Freezers, empty and defrosted (Not American style)
- Tumble driers, washing machines
- Cookers, microwaves
- Boilers
- Water tanks (Not asbestos)
- Lawn mowers, garden tools
- Power washers
- Stainless steel sinks
- Punch bags

We do not take the following items:
- Domestic Waste
- NO wood – unless furniture
- Fencing, sheds
- Windows, frames
- Bannister rails
- Laminate flooring, floorboards
- Garage doors
- Carpet gripper rods
- Glass, glass doors
- Pipes
- Paving Flags, bricks, concrete posts
- Ceramic tiles, roof tiles
- Building material, rubble
- Soil
- Industrial fridges
- Car wheels, parts, or batteries
- Supermarket shopping trolleys
- Pianos
- Any asbestos item
- Tins, drums of paint or fluids
- Sunbeds
- Baths
- Stone or ceramic kitchen sinks, toilets
- Weight lifting equipment, weights
- Workout benches or treadmills
- Fireplace, fire surrounds
