From Monday 16th August we'll be getting back to (near) normal:
As a result of decreasing infection rates, Active Sefton has decided we are now in a position to move towards Step 4 provision in line with government guidelines. This means that, as of Monday 16th August, we will not be enforcing social distancing and bookings will no longer be needed for regular gym or pool sessions. We will be relaxing circulation routes around facilities, although some one way systems may still remain. In addition, we will open changing rooms, sauna and steam rooms and increase the capacity for fitness classes (which still need to booked as normal).
To continue to protect our staff and customers we will still be welcoming visitors to wear face masks, will be keeping in place the increased cleaning schedules, hand sanitiser will still be available and we will still record track and trace details for casual users. All members will be asked to swipe in when using the facilities.
We would like to thank everyone for their support and understanding over the previous months and we look forward to returning to a more normal operation.
