This weekend Bootle’s Salt and Tar will see young people from Sefton selling a little bit of everything at the teenage market.

Salt and Tar’s July Social puts the spotlight on young people

Southport Golf Links

The course was originally opened in 1912 as a 9 hole course on reclaimed land bordering the Irish Sea. During the 1930's more land was reclaimed and it was extended to an 18-hole course. The designer of which was Harry Shapland Colt who was one of the worlds leading golf course architects of his generation.

Sefton Council have invested heavily in the golf course to meet the challenges of new golf club and ball technology.
