What is the Combating Drugs Partnership?
The Combating Drugs Partnership (CDP) was established in September 2022.
It is a multi agency forum for understanding and addressing shared challenges related to drug-related harm, based on the local context and need.
The partnership was established based on guidance for local areas to implement the 10 Year Drug Plan (From Harm to Hope) published in response to the Dame Carol Black review to deliver on its recommendations.
The CDP manages partnership work within Sefton, it accounts for local delivery and performance to central government.
