If you have a child aged 2-5, why not come along to the Council's free Ready for School drop‑in event at The Hive, Bootle Strand, on Friday 10th April, from 10am to 2pm?

The event has been designed especially for parents and carers who want to support their child as they get ready for starting school. You’ll find plenty to enjoy on the day, including story sessions, soft play, arts and crafts and lots of fun opportunities for children to learn through play.

You’ll also be able to meet local services and chat with professionals who can offer practical advice and reassurance about school readiness, early development and helping your child to make a positive transition into school.

The event is completely free and no booking required, just pop in at a time that suits you!
