Bee Happy Baby Massage – Free Online Class for Parents and Carers in Sefton!

Parents and carers in Sefton are invited to a free, online baby massage class on Monday 17th November as part of Baby Week 2025.

Calm and happy

Baby massage is a gentle way to help your baby feel calm and happy. It can help babies sleep better and support their tummy and digestion. It can also help them grow and develop and it makes them feel safe and loved.

Plus, it can help parents and carers by reducing stress, building a strong bond with their baby and increasing their confidence.

Free class

The free, online Baby Massage Class for Parents and Carers is at 11am on Monday 17th November.

Care workers

Care workers are being invited to a short talk for anyone working with babies and families from 7.30pm to 8pm on Monday 17th November.

This session is an ideal introduction for anyone who wants to understand more about the very real health and wellbeing benefits of baby massage for both parents and babies and how they can contribute to increasing access to baby massage.

National Baby Week

Both sessions are part of national Baby Week.

Running from Friday 14th to Thursday 20th November, Baby Week brings together services to promote the best start in life, celebrating early childhood and raising awareness of the vital first five years.

Both events are being run by Bee Happy Babies and supported by Improving Me, part of the NHS in Cheshire and Merseyside.

Bee Happy Babies' goal is to make baby massage accessible to as many families as possible through educating and training healthcare professionals, as well as teaching parents.
