There is still time to register for the next Couch to 5K with Active Sefton.

Designed to take beginners with little or no experience to be able to complete a 5k run, the next course begins Monday 11^th May, 6pm at Litherland Sports Park.

Couch to 5K takes place every Monday and Wednesday and lasts 10 weeks and is great value at just £13.00 for the whole course.
