Come along with your babies and workout with our instructor Julie, who will plan a brilliant circuit / body conditioning session!! We ask all mummies to wait until they have had their 6 week check up at their doctors.

Where: Netherton Activity Centre
When: Thursdays, 10am - 11am.
Cost: £4 per session or purchase one of your Mini Members loyalty cards and come along to any of our baby and toddler sessions - £21 for 6 sessions!!
There is no need to book for this session, you can just turn up on the day.
