Sefton’s Voluntary Independent Visiting and Advocacy Service (VIVA) supports children and young people who are looked after by Sefton council. We provide Independent help and guidance to young people in a safe, timely and child-focused way that ensures their voices are heard, their rights upheld, and they feel acknowledged and valued.
