You can complete a simple form to join online now.
Once you have submitted the form, pop into your local library and they will give you a library card. At the same time you can choose how we notify you of reservations arriving in, any overdue books you may have, or if another library member would like the books you have on loan.
Visit your local library
Alternatively you can join up at any Sefton library, it's free! You don't need to bring any identification. We will just need your name, address and a few other details, then you will receive your library card. It really is that simple.
However, if you simply want to browse, read, study or find out the answer to a query do feel free to come in - you don't need to join.
