Getting your application right first time

 

We aim to provide a quicker, more predictable and efficient planning service. As part of our service improvements we have drafted an updated Planning Validation Checklist. The checklist has been produced to help users of our Planning Service to be clear on what needs to accompany applications for planning permission or other similar consents.
