The Highway network is the largest community fixed asset which local authorities are responsible for. It is vital and fundamental to the economic, social and environmental well-being of the community.
In 2016, we embarked upon our very first survey which aimed to find out what you thought about a range of services that we provide to look after this asset. The survey was called Transportation & Highway Infrastructure Services in Sefton.
The survey covered a wide range of services, including:
- Roads and pavements
- Traffic management
- Cycling facilities
- Pedestrian facilities
- Air quality
- Road safety
- Use of transport
The results from the 2016 survey are below. These results will now help to establish a baseline to enable assessment of performance for the future.
The 2017 survey launched on June 12. If you would like to get involved visit the Sefton Consultation Finder and have your say on Transportation & Highway Infrastructure Services.
