Restricted services will be in place during Christmas and New Year as most Sefton Council staff are required to take unpaid leave as part of continuous cost-saving measures.
Any emergency enquiries (such as equipment traffic signals knocked down or signal outages) shall be passed to our Signals Contractor Siemens to resolve or make safe via Sefton ARC.
You will not be able to report routine faults from December 21, 2018 until January 2, 2019.
We aim to respond to or action any routine faults reported to us from January 2, 2019 by January 11, 2019 on a priority basis.

Report an issue
To report a faulty traffic signal or timing problem, please fill in the traffic light fault report form (below) or call Sefton Council on 0345 140 0845. For out of Hours emergencies only call 0151 922 6107.
How quickly will it be resolved?
Faults will be forwarded to the Traffic Signals Term Maintenance Contractor upon receipt of a fault report and will be attended to according their priority, with urgent faults being attended to within 3 hours.
Timing problems may require investigation over a few days to determine the exact cause but will generally be corrected quickly, and any necessary adjustments to our traffic control computer system will be carried out accordingly.
