Health and Wellbeing for Vulnerable Adults

Health and Wellbeing for Vulnerable Adults

Some people in Sefton will find this period of social distancing more challenging than others for their health and wellbeing.

We have advice and guidance for those people who may find this period more difficult and includes advice and guidance for families and friends to help support vulnerable adults.

For full national guidance, please visit the government website.

The government also produce Easy Read guidance on maintaining good mental health and wellbeing.

This page will be regularly updated as new resources become available

If you are in crisis, you can ring the Merseycare Emergency COVID-19 Mental Health Crisis Line on 0151 330 7332
