You can now find out about the range of housing options available to you by completing our online advice service (Enhanced Housing Options) via Property Pool Plus on www.propertypoolplus.org.uk.

If you are already registered on PPP login using your reference number, look at your “My To Do” list and select Enhanced Housing Options. Complete this online assessment tool and you will be given a range of options that will be suitable for you. If you indicate that you are “Interested” in any of the options, this option will then form part of your “Next Steps” housing plan. Once you have finished you can either download the document or e-mail it to yourself. If appropriate you may now see additional options within your “My To Do” list.

If you are not registered on PPP, access the site using the link above and select the blue coloured tab called “Housing Options”. Click the “Get Started” button and start the assessment. Once you have provided your basic personal details you will be given a reference number which you should record. You can then complete the online assessment tool and you will be given a range of options that will be suitable for you. If you indicate that you are “Interested” in any of the options, this option will then form part of your “Next Steps” housing plan. You can either download the document or e-mail it to yourself. If appropriate you may now see additional options within your “My To Do” list.

IF YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING TO BE HOMELESS WITHIN 56 DAYS please complete the online assessment but then contact the Council on 0151 934 3541 as soon as possible for further advice.
