MOVE IT, which is very popular with young people age 16 and under who want to eat healthier, exercise more and lose weight. You can take part in MOVE IT at any Active Sefton leisure centre or in your school.
For those of you too old for MOVE IT, Active Lifestyles also offer Weigh Forward, a 6 week weight management course that you can take part in via groups or online.

Young Healthwatch is for anyone age 14-25 years
It gives you the opportunity to be heard and to help influence local health and social care services.
If you become a member of Young Healthwatch Ambassador, you can:
- Have a voice and say about health and social care and the issues that affect young people
- Take part in events and activities
- Receive training
- Influencing change locally and nationally by taking part in consultations and taking the lead on consultations with your peers.
Healthwatch Sefton wants volunteers aged 14-25 to help other young people be heard and to influence local health and social care services.
