Food registration

All operations or activities where food is supplied, whether given away or sold must be registered if there is a certain continuity of activities and a certain degree of organisation.

Food premises include restaurants, hotels, guest houses, delivery vehicles, market and other stalls, hot dog and ice cream vans, food manufacturers, brokers etc.

If you are starting up a new food business, even if you have taken over an existing food premises, then you must register at least 28 days prior to opening.
