What is the Stepometer Challenge?
The Active Workforce Stepometer Challenge is a great way to encourage employees to increase their physical activity. Teams take part by wearing pedometers to record every step they take, competing to see who can top the leader board with the most steps.
We recommend that you set yourself an individual target of 10,000 steps per day which may sound a lot but you'll be hitting that target in no time! Sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and give you a stronger, healthier heart.

The Manic Street Pacers set the bar high in February, with a massive step count of 5,651,003! While Ross Adams took the individual prize with a whopping 1,399,645 steps. Do you have what it takes to beat them in October?
