Stepometer challenge

The next Stepometer Challenge will be taking place from Monday 5th February 2018 for 8 weeks.

 What is the Stepometer Challenge?

The Active Workforce Stepometer Challenge is a great way to encourage employees to increase their physical activity and our last challenge was such a success that we decided to run another! Teams are invited to take part from from Monday 6 February until Sunday 2 April by wearing pedometers to record every step they take, competing to see who can top the leader board with the most steps. We recommend that you set yourself an individual target of 10,000 steps per day which may sound a lot but trust us, this challenge is addictive and you'll be hitting that target in no time! Sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and give you a stronger, healthier heart.

Stepometer Challenge 2018

A big well done to everyone who completed the 8 week challenge, we didn’t have the best weather over this challenge so we understand how hard it would of been to keep getting out there and picking up your steps.  Congratulations to The Manic Street Pacers who have won the competition with an massive step count of 5,651,003.  Well done to Sole Mates and At-Least Feet for giving them a good fight at the top.

Ross Adams takes home the individual title with a massive 1,399,645 steps, well done.
