Tell us your thoughts... On Sefton’s Draft Economic Strategy
Sefton Council is seeking views on the draft framework of a new Sefton Economic Strategy, please download a copy.
Vision 2030 for Sefton sets out the ambition for the Borough and the lived experiences our residents and communities desire - economic prosperity is fundamental to our success. The Core Purpose of Sefton Council therefore also includes the facilitation and enabling of economic success.
There is recognition that the borough should do more to embrace economic growth and ensure that the benefits of growth are realised for all Sefton’s communities. Sefton Economic Assessment was published in May 2017 and provided the foundation on which this new Economic Strategy has been developed.
A number of thematic areas for consultation include business growth, enterprise, investment, innovation, job creation, physical regeneration, the coast, town centres, infrastructure, skills, employability and the social economy.
We would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes completing the simple questionnaire.
The deadline for completion is Friday 27th April 2018.
Should you wish to talk about the strategy in more detail please contact Mike Mullin on 0151 934 3442 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
