Sefton Council is offering for sale 22 & 24 Stanley Road, Bootle by Tender. 

The Property, known as 22 & 24 Stanley Road Bootle, was acquired by Sefton Council in 2005, as part of the Housing Market Renewal Initiative Project for the Bedford/Queens area.

However due to the funding programme ending, the Property has now been declared surplus to the Council's requirements.

Investors and/or private landlords are invited to submit offers for the Council’s freehold interest in the Property, conditional upon the completion of an agreed scheme of refurbishment works.

The closing date is 12 noon on Monday 25^th March 2024.
