UDP and Current Policy
The Unitary Development Plan is the current adopted plan that
guides decisions on planning applications. Supplementary
Planning Documents and Supplementary Planning Guidance Notes also
help us make decisions on applications.
Emerging Policy (Local Development Framework)
This section includes all policy documents that are currently
being produced, including the Core Strategy. You can also see
how you can have your say on shaping these documents.
Technical Studies and Evidence Base
Many of our planning policies are based on detailed technical
studies and other evidence. They are all available to view,
including studies relating to housing, employment, retail and
environmental issues.
