Active Sefton Customer Service

At Active Sefton, we are constantly striving to exceed your expectations in all that we do. As such, we appreciate all forms of feedback from our valued customers and encourage you to contact us in a number of ways as detailed below.

 

Customer Charter

Our Customer Charter sets out the standards of service you can expect to receive from Active Sefton at our leisure centres and when attending any of our Active programmes.

 

You can read our policy in our Customer Charter form which you can also use to complete and feedback your thoughts, comments and views on our service.

 

Our Customer Charter is available from the Customer Area in all Active Sefton leisure facilties and an online version which can be completed and emailed back to us, can be found on our Active Sefton website.

 

 

Telling us your concerns

Have you received a fantastic service at one of the Active Sefton leisure facilities or maybe you have a suggestion or comment to make?

 

Although we hope you do not have to complain about any of our facilities or services, if you wish to make a complaint, comment or suggestion please use this link to the corporate complaints form. This will be forwarded to the Active Sefton team and you will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Contacting Us

We understand that there may be times when you wish to speak with us out of hours or have an enquiry which needs answering quickly. As such, we operate a support service which is available continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including bank holidays through our social media channels. During office hours we are available to contact through the Active Sefton helpline and email but if its out of hours join us on our social media channels to speak to a member of the team.

 

If you require any information translated or made available in an alternative format, all our Active Sefton leisure centres are equipped with a service to offer this facility or you can contact us direct and we will be happy to assist.
