Development work has been ongoing to move the My Sefton My Space PDR process onto iTrent, alongside Time to Talk, an online 1-2-1 form and a probation record form, which staff can start on Employee Self-Service and managers feedback via the Managers Self-Service (MSS) as part of a collaborative approach.
As the PDR season for 2024 is well underway managers are asked to complete the standard My Sefton My Space paper form as usual and upload their PDR’s into iTrent and confirm their completion date, making this year’s reporting more accurate and reliable than ever before.
